We pass your details to an independent contractor only if you ask us to introduce one and only the details the contractor needs to contact you. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (a) and (b) GDPR. The contractor then processes your data as an independent controller. We do not sell your personal information and do not share it for advertising.
6. Your rights
You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21). An informal email to dispatch@acphoenixpros.com is enough. You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The authority responsible for us is the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision (BayLDA), Promenade 18, 91522 Ansbach, Germany.
7. Security
The website is delivered over an encrypted HTTPS connection. Email uses the transport encryption of the respective email services.
8. Fonts
All fonts are served from this website's own server. No connection to font providers or other third parties is made.
